Mod Jam is ran by Victor (sunglasses on the eyes) and Nomi (sunglasses on the head).
Victor used to run Civic Game Jam series in Berlin and Nomi runs a community for Art/Experimental games & d0peshit called Gæmz. 
We've been running the jams at Newspeak House on Bethnal Green Road in London. Shout out to Ed!
